Baked Garlic Brie

Baked Garlic Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese 8 ounces
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs optional
  • Sliced baguette or crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the Brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or in a Brie baker if you have one.
  • With a small knife, make tiny slits on top of the Brie. Tuck the garlic slices into the slits so they spread across the cheese.
  • Drizzle the honey over the top, letting it seep into the slits and around the edges.
  • Pour the olive oil over the Brie to boost flavor and help it bake nicely.
  • (Optional) Add a few sprigs of rosemary on top for extra aroma.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the Brie feels soft and gooey in the center. Watch closely so it doesn’t melt completely.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool just a little before serving.
  • Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers. Scoop up that creamy cheese with hints of garlic, honey, and herbs.
