Make the Homemade Lemonade. In a large pitcher filled with ice, squeeze the juice of 3–4 lemons (you’ll want about ¾ cup of juice).
Add ½ cup of sugar and 1 cup of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Taste test! Add more sugar or a splash of water if it needs adjusting.
Pop it in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes if you have the time. If not, ice will save the day.
Mix the Mocktail. Pour your homemade lemonade into a larger pitcher if needed.
Add ½ cup of blue curaçao syrup.
Stir well so the color and flavor blend perfectly. You should get a beautiful blue hue that screams celebration.
Assemble the Drinks. Fill individual glasses with ice.
Pour in the mocktail mixture until the glass is about ¾ full.
Add a few fresh blueberries and a slice of lemon to each glass. It’s so simple but makes it feel like a drink you’d get at a cute café.
