Creamy Whipped Feta Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. block feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grab your food processor and toss in the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Give it a good whirl until everything is beautifully smooth and creamy. If it looks a little thick, don’t be afraid to add a drizzle of olive oil to loosen it up.
  • Scrape down the sides and blend again to make sure everything is perfectly combined. You want it to be silky, airy, and light.
  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice for that bright, zesty kick. Pulse it a few more times, and you’re done!
  • Scoop your whipped feta dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and freshly chopped parsley. These little touches not only add flavor but also make the dip look extra pretty and inviting.
  • Serve it up with pita chips, fresh cucumbers, bell peppers, or warm naan bread. You can even spread it on sandwiches or use it as a topping for grilled meats. However you serve it, one thing is certain: it’ll be a hit.
