In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add the rolled oats and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into a muffin pan (this recipe makes 6 granola cups). Use your fingers or a spoon to press the mixture into the bottom and sides of each cup to form a little nest.
Place the muffin pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. This helps the cups hold their shape while baking.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the muffin pan from the freezer and bake for 30 minutes, or until the cups are golden brown.
Let the cups cool for about 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
Add a generous scoop of yogurt into each cup, then top with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
