Granola Berry Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 cup yogurt of your choice
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • Strawberries for serving
  • Blueberries for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
  • Add the rolled oats and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into a muffin pan (this recipe makes 6 granola cups). Use your fingers or a spoon to press the mixture into the bottom and sides of each cup to form a little nest.
  • Place the muffin pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. This helps the cups hold their shape while baking.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the muffin pan from the freezer and bake for 30 minutes, or until the cups are golden brown.
  • Let the cups cool for about 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
  • Add a generous scoop of yogurt into each cup, then top with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
