Start with your almond milk, then add the matcha powder, sweetener, banana, protein or collagen, and a good handful of ice.
Let it go until it’s totally blended and frothy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, toss in a few more ice cubes.
Add a bit more honey or syrup. If it’s too green-tasting, a tiny splash of vanilla extract can mellow it out beautifully. Pour your matcha masterpiece into a glass or to-go cup and top it with a fluffy swirl of whipped coconut cream.
Sprinkle a little extra matcha on top or add chocolate shavings.
