Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte

Ingredients
  

For the Latte

  • 1 cup brewed coffee or espresso cooled
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 –2 tablespoons carob syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 tablespoons of ground coffee to 1 cup of hot water. Let it steep for 4–5 minutes, then press down and let it cool. If you have an espresso machine or a stovetop espresso maker, go for it! One to two shots is perfect. Let your coffee cool before making the latte, unless you want coffee-flavored melted ice water.
  • In a tall glass, fill it up with ice. Pour in your cooled coffee, almond milk, carob syrup or honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Now stir or pop it in a shaker bottle.
  • Give it a little sip. If you want it sweeter, add more honey or syrup. If you want extra cinnamon, sprinkle in more spice.
  • Optional: Top it off with a swirl of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon. Sip and Enjoy!
