Iced White Chocolate Mocha

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

Ingredients

White Chocolate Syrup

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips use a good quality brand, or sugar free
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup milk oat, almond, dairy, coconut
  • 2-3 tablespoons homemade white chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream optional
  • White chocolate chips or shavings

Instructions

White Chocolate Syrup

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, pour in the white chocolate chips and your cream or milk. Stir constantly. As the chips start to melt, the mixture will become creamy and glossy.
  • Take the pan off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Let the syrup cool for a few minutes. It’ll thicken as it sits. You can pop it into a mason jar and stash it in the fridge. It’ll stay good for about a week.

Iced White Chocolate Mocha

  • Start with your espresso or strong brewed coffee.
  • Grab your favorite tall glass and fill it with ice. Pour in 1 cup of your cooled coffee, then add 2-3 tablespoons of that dreamy homemade white chocolate syrup.
  • Now pour in your milk of choice. You can also use oat milk, it’s super creamy and has a slightly sweet vibe that pairs beautifully with the white chocolate. Add a splash of vanilla for good measure. Then give it all a good stir.
  • Add a big swirl of whipped cream, then sprinkle a few white chocolate chips or some chocolate shavings on top. You can also drizzle a little of the white chocolate syrup over everything.
  • Give it a one last stir and enjoy!
