Mango Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions
 

  • Blend It Up: Grab your blender and toss in the frozen mango, coconut yogurt, agave syrup, and the juice from both limes. If your limes are a little light on the juice, you can add a splash of water to help things blend smoothly.
  • Fill the Molds: Once you’ve got a creamy, dreamy mango mixture, pour it into your popsicle molds. If you don’t have popsicle molds, small paper cups and wooden sticks work just as well!
  • Add the Sticks: Pop a wooden stick into each mold, making sure they stand upright.
  • Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours. If you can wait overnight, even better!
  • Enjoy: Once fully frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy a taste of the tropics!
