In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate morsels the same way, short intervals in the microwave, stirring frequently. Once smooth, drizzle it over the semi-sweet chocolate base and use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the two chocolates together. This creates a beautiful marbled effect.
Melt the red, white, and blue candy melts in separate bowls. Use a spoon to drizzle each color over the chocolate base. Again, take a toothpick and swirl the colors lightly to blend them.
While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the red, white, and blue M&Ms and star sprinkles evenly over the top. This not only adds crunch but makes the bark even more festive.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until the bark is completely set and firm.
