Pumpkin Milkshake

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree canned or fresh
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or to taste
  • Whipped cream optional, for topping
  • Ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients – In a blender, add the pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Blend Until Smooth – Blend on high until creamy and smooth. If the milkshake is too thick, add a splash more milk until it’s just right.
  • Taste and Adjust – Give it a quick taste. Want it sweeter? Add a drizzle more maple syrup. Craving more spice? Sprinkle in a bit of cinnamon or nutmeg. Blend again to mix.
  • Serve – Pour into tall glasses (over ice cubes if you like it extra frosty). Top with whipped cream, an extra scoop of ice cream, and a dusting of pumpkin spice if you’re feeling fancy.
  • Enjoy – Grab a straw or a spoon and enjoy immediately!
