Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh spinach
  • 1 can 14 oz artichokes
  • 1 pack 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by chopping up the artichokes into small bits. You want them small enough to mix well into the dip but big enough to still get that delicious bite. Next, cut the cream cheese into 8 pieces, this helps it melt evenly.
  • In your slow cooker, add the cream cheese pieces, chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Finally, place the fresh spinach on top. No need to mix yet, it’ll all come together beautifully as it cooks.
  • Set the slow cooker to low and let it cook for 2 hours. After 1 hour, give it a good stir to help mix in the spinach and evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Once everything is melted and combined, your dip is ready to serve! Keep it warm in the slow cooker or transfer it to a serving dish. Pair it with crackers, sliced bread, tortilla chips, or even fresh veggies, it’s delicious with anything!
