Strawberry Lemon Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • ΒΌ cup agave nectar

Instructions
 

  • Remove the crowns from the strawberries and wash them thoroughly.
  • In a blender, combine the strawberries, water, lemon juice, and agave nectar. Blend until completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Once frozen, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles. Serve and watch them disappear!
