White Chocolate Pumpkin Drink

White Chocolate Pumpkin Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk Any milk works: whole milk, almond, oat, or soy. (Oat milk gives an extra creamy texture!)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree Canned pumpkin is totally fine but if you have fresh pumpkin purée, even better.
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips These melt into silky sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar Add more or less depending on your sweet tooth.
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract A little splash of cozy flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Or use a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  • Whipped cream Because every special drink deserves a fluffy cloud on top.

Instructions

  • Grab a small saucepan and heat your milk over medium heat. Don’t let it boil, you just want it hot and steamy.
  • Stir in the pumpkin puree, white chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Keep stirring until the chocolate chips completely melt. You’ll start to see this dreamy, creamy orange color.
  • If you want your drink extra smooth and frothy, use an immersion blender right in the pot or pour the mixture into a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds. (Totally worth it for that café-style finish!)
  • Pick your coziest mug. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin spice, and a few white chocolate chips for flair.
  • This is your moment. Cozy, sweet, and oh-so-autumn.
