Watermelon Pizza
Have you ever had a dessert that’s so easy, so refreshing, and so downright pretty that it makes people go, “Wait…what is that?!” That’s exactly the kind of reaction you’ll get with this watermelon pizza. It’s colorful, juicy, fancy but only takes minute to make.
I’ve made this a few times now for backyard barbecues, pool parties and breakfast at a slumber party. It never fails to bring smiles and seconds (and sometimes thirds).
And the best part? No oven. No baking. No mess. Just fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, and a little bit creativity.

First Things First: The Star of the Show
So grab yourself a big round slice of seedless watermelon, about 1-inch thick. Think of it like your pizza crust, only way juicier and naturally sweet. I usually go for the center slice since it’s the most evenly round, and you want it to look like a nice round pizza.
Quick tip make sure your watermelon is cold before cutting. It slices cleaner, and it tastes extra refreshing right out of the fridge.
The “Sauce”
Alright, here’s where things get creamy and dreamy. You’ll make a quick little honey-yogurt sauce that’s honestly good enough to eat with a spoon.
Just stir the greek yoghurt, honey an lemon juice all together in a small bowl until it’s nice and smooth.
Build Your Masterpiece

Now for the fun part, assembling the pizza! This is where you can really get creative, and if you’ve got little helpers in the kitchen, this step is made for them.
Start by spreading the honey-yogurt sauce all over your watermelon slice. Be generous, but don’t go all the way to the edge unless you want yogurt on your fingers when you pick up a slice.
Now sprinkle on your fruit toppings. You can mix and match the fruit however you like. I usually go for a pretty rainbow effect.
If you can’t find yellow kiwi, no worries! Green kiwi works just fine, or even mango if you’re feeling fancy. I’ve even thrown on thin banana slices when we were low on berries. It’s super flexible.

Totally optional, but if you want to go the extra mile, a few fresh mint leaves make everything pop. I like to tear them into little bits and sprinkle them over the top like fairy dust. You can also use edible flowers if you’re making this for a shower or brunch.
But even if you skip the extras, it’s still gorgeous. It’s hard to mess up something that already looks like Summer on a plate.
