In a blender, puree the red layer ingredients. Fill the popsicle mold 1/3 of the way with the mixture. Freeze at least 3 hours.
Mix white layer ingredients. (An empty water bottle and a funnel work great for this!) Fill the next 1/3 of the mold with the white layer mixture. Freeze at least 3 hours.
Mix together the blue layer ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the remaining 1/3 of the mold with the blue mixture. Freeze at least 6 hours.
Carefully remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy!
